The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with
Goghat Police Station Case No.87 of 2018 dated April 19, 2018
under Sections 498A/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a brother of the victim’s husband who claims
not to have been involved in the incident that led to the death of the
victim.

The State produces the case diary and says that the victim
committed suicide, but the trouble began over the victim having
some muri.

Considering the extent of this petitioner’s involvement in the
victim committing suicide, there is no need to take the petitioner
into custody at the moment. The charge-sheet has also been filed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to
be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five
Thousand Only) each, one of whom must be local, to the
satisfaction of the arresting officer, subject to the conditions laid
down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In
addition, the petitioner will attend the trial court regularly on each
and every occasion unless prevented by sufficient cause.

The petition for anticipatory bail is disposed of on the
conditions indicated above.

A certified copy of this order be immediately made available to
the petitioner, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
