Heard Mr.K.Sukumaran, learned counsel for the petitioner
and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor
appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the
learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the
petitioner’s complaint dated 01.11.2019, a case has been registered
in Cr.No.6 of 2019 on 15.10.2019 under Sections 498A, Section406 of IPC.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned
Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands
closed.
