Gazole P.S. Case No. 445 of 2019 dated 16.09.2019 under
Sections 498A/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the

petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of resumption of

normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the

application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The incident occurred 12 years after marriage.

Let this matter appear for further hearing two months hence.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, we

direct that the petitioners namely, (1) Kunjalal Biswas @ Kunjo

Biswas, (2) Rekha Biswas (3) Sanjit Biswas shall not be arrested

in connection with this case for a period of three months or until

further orders, whichever is earlier on condition that the petitioners

shall cooperate with the investigation in accordance with law and

shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any

manner whatsoever and on further condition that they shall reside

in their respective residences and shall not leave their residences

without the permission of the officer-in-charge of the police station

within whose jurisdiction they shall presently reside.

The application being CRAN 1611 of 2020 is accordingly,

disposed of.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order
