Counsel for the appellant has submitted that despite best efforts
made by him, the appellant has not come present to comply with the
directions issued by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2017.
We have given sufficient opportunities to the appellant to pay the
maintenance pendente lite. In view of the said circumstances, we do not have
any option except to dismiss the appeal on account of non-payment of
maintenance pendente lite.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for said default and the

decree of divorce dated 30.03.2016 granted to the respondent-wife is
affirmed.
