ORDER
The three petitioners herein have been arrayed as accused
Nos.1, 3 4 respectively in Crime No.354/2019 of Palode Police
Station, Thiruvananthapuram District, which has been registered
for offences punishable under Secs.402, 420, 498A 406 r/w
Sec.34 of the SectionI.P.C and Sec.4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
2. The 1st petitioner is the husband of the lady defaco
complainant. The 2nd and 3rd petitioners are the mother and sister
respectively of the 1st petitioner. Accused No.2, one Sri.Rajan, is
the father of the 1st petitioner and it is stated that he is now abroad.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that
earlier, the 2nd petitioner (A3) and the 3rd petitioner (A4) had gone
abroad and now the have returned to India and they are now
residing in their above addresses at Thiruvananthapuram. The
prosecution case in brief is that the accused persons had inflicted
cruelty and harassment and demanded more amount as dowry the
thus the petitioners have committed the above offences.

3. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners
and the learned Prosecutor, the following orders and directions are
passed:
(i) The petitioners shall immediately appear
before the Investigating Officer in connection with Crime
No.354/2019 of Palode Police Station,
Thiruvananthapuram District, for interrogation purposes
without any delay at any rate by 10:00 a.m. on any day
on or before 7.6.2019.
(ii) The petitioners will fully co-operate with the
above interrogation process.
(iii) After the interrogation process is over, if the
Investigating Officer arrest the petitioners, then they shall
be released on bail on their separately executing bonds
for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each and
on separately furnishing two solvent sureties each for the
like sum each to the satisfaction of the Investigating
Officer concerned. Further it is also ordered that it will be
subject to following conditions:-
(a) The petitioners shall not involve in any
criminal offences of similar nature.
(b) The petitioners shall fully co-operate with the
investigation.
(c) The petitioners shall report before the
Investigating Officer as and when required in
that connection.
(d) The petitioners shall not influence witness or
shall not tamper or attempt to tamper
evidence in any manner, whatsoever.
(iv) If the petitioners do not comply with the directions
issued by this Court to subject to the interrogation
process, then the benefit of the directions issued by
this Court will automatically stand vacated without
any further orders of this Court.

If the petitioners violate all or any of the bail conditions, then
the jurisdictional court concerned will stand hereby authorised, to
consider the plea for cancellation of bail, if required, in accordance
with law.
With these observations and directions, the Bail Application
stands disposed of.
