But no representation has been made on his behalf.

Heard.

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure

Code, 1908 for transfer of the petition titled as ‘Gaurav Malhotra vs.

Leena’ filed under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890,

pending in the Court of learned Guardian Judge/Civil Judge (Senior

Division), Ludhiana to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that vide

order dated 27.10.2016, passed in TA No. 205 of 2016 (Annexure P-1),

divorce petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955,

filed by respondent-husband was transferred from Ludhiana to Chandigarh.

It is further stated that minor children is also living with petitioner-wife at

Chandigarh.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

petition titled as ‘Gaurav Malhotra vs. Leena’ filed under Section 25 of the

Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, pending in the Court of learned Guardian

Judge/Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ludhiana is withdrawn from the said

Court and transferred to the Court of learned Guardian Judge/Civil Judge

(Senior Division), Chandigarh.

In view of above, petition stands allowed.
