The present petition has been filed under Section 438
Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.
273 dated 23.10.2018, Sections 498A/Section406/Section120B of Indian Penal Code,
1860, registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

As per order dated 31.05.2019 last opportunity was granted
to the petitioners to comply with the order dated 08.04.2019 with regard
to payment of Rs. 15,000/- as litigation expenses to the respondent-
complainant by way of bank draft.

As per counsel for the complainant, there has been no
compliance of the said order.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaimal
Singh submits that the petitioners have still not joined the investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is hereby
dismissed.
