COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. Perused the

petition.

2. Petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Crime

No.380/2014 of Hennur Police Station registered under section

498A read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending on the file of XI

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submits, after

investigation charge-sheet was filed and the same was

registered in C.C.No.56228/2015. After trial, petitioners were

acquitted of the above charges by judgment and order dated

23.01.2019 passed by XI Additional Chief Metropolitan

Magistrate, Bengaluru.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives

for consideration in this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2015 does

not survive for consideration and it is also dismissed.
