1. This criminal misc. application has been preferred
claiming the following reliefs:
“It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that
application of the petitioner may kindly be allowed and
necessary correction may kindly be corrected and case
number mentioned in the misc. application and father name of
the petitioner No.1 may also be corrected in the interest of
justice.”

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same
is allowed.
3. Para No.4 of the order dated 27.09.2018 passed by this
Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.3191/2018 is substituted
by the following:
“Accordingly, the present misc. petition is allowed and the
petitioners are acquitted of the charges under Sections 498A
and 406 IPC and all proceedings in “Criminal Case
No.19212/2015” pending before the learned “Additional
Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1, Udaipur” are quashed and
set aside.”
4. The father’s name of petitioner No.1 mentioned as
“Kishan Lal Menaria” in the title of the aforesaid order dated
27.09.2018 is substituted by “Kanhaiya Lal Menaria”.
5. The aforementioned order dated 27.09.2018 shall be
read accordingly.
