the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on 15/03/2019 in
connection with Basirhat P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018 dated
16/06/2018 under Sections 498A/302/34 of the Indian Penal
Code.

Having considered the materials in the case diary

disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners, namely,

mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the victim in her unnatural

death at the matrimonial home and in view of the gravity of the

offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
