Counsel for the respondent would state that as the petition for

divorce filed by the respondent husband has since been decided (dismissed

in default) by the trial Court, the present petition may be disposed of having

been rendered infructuous.

Counsel for the petitioner would state that the petition may be

disposed of but without prejudice to right of the petitioner to recover arrears

of maintenance pendente lite, allowed by the Court.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
