1. The appellant has prefered this appeal aggrieved by order

dated 25.11.2017 passed by Special Judge, POCSO, Jaipur

whereby bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the

appellant was rejected.

2. F.I.R. No.393/2017 was registered at Police Station Karni

Vihar, Jaipur for offence under Sections 377 I.P.C. and Section 3/4

of POCSO Act and Sections 3-2 (5) SC/ST Act.

3. No Case for entertaining the appeal is made out as the

allegation against the appellant is of committing an unnatural

offence with a five years old boy.

4. The appeal is accordingly rejected.
