It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the
allegations are out and out false and has been falsely implicated
in the instant case out of a matrimonial discord.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes
the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Having considered the materials on record and bearing in
mind the nature of allegations in the light of the aforesaid
submission made on behalf of the petitioner and as the medical
records do not show that the victim suffered abortion due to
assault, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
