: Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s).

The learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing
offence under Sections 323, 341, 354(A)(1), 494, 498A, 120B of the
Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the informant and
allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature.

The allegations which constitute offence under Section 354
IPC are of the year 2015 but the instant complaint has been filed in the
year 2017.

Keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner is the father-
in-law of the informant, I am inclined to allow this application.
Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Md. Naimuddin Ansari @ Md.
Naeemuddin, is directed to surrender in the court below within three
weeks from today and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with
Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 2175
of 2017, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 438(2)
of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
