Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with

Complaint Case No. 192(C) /2016 dated 01.03.2016 instituted

under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of

the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the

application with liberty to surrender before the court below in

terms of the order of the Court dated 14.05.2015 in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51701 of 2018 dt.20-09-2018

No. 51075 of 2014.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off

with liberty aforesaid.
