Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.P.P.

for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section

482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following

relief:

“That, this is an application for quashing
the order taking cognizance dated 25.02.2013 passed
by the learned court of SDJM, Begusarai against the
petitioners who are the husband and the parents of
the husband of the complainant in connection with
complaint case No. 620 “C”/ 2012, in which the
learned court of SDJM, Begusarai has took
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49031 of 2014 dt.11-03-2019

cognizance under sections 498A, 323, 379/34 of the
I.P.C., also u/s 4 of the D/P act. The case is presently
pending in the court of SDJM, Begusarai.”

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the

application.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for

the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
