THIS PETITION AND ENLARGE THE PETITIONERS / ACCUSED

NOS.1 TO 10 ON ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO.110 OF

2019 REGISTERED BY WOMEN P.S. BALLARI FOR THE

OFFENCES PUNISHABLE UNDER SECTIONS 498-A, 302, 201, 34

OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE, 1860 AND SECTIONS 3 AND 4 OF

DOWRY PROHIBITION ACT, 1961.

THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS

DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the

learned HCGP for the respondent State.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners /

accused Nos.1 to 10 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. in Crime

No.110/2019 of Women Police Station, Ballari for the

offences punishable under Sections 498A, Section302, Section201 read

with Section 34 of IPC, beside Sections 3 and Section4 of the

Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. However, the petitioners / accused without

exhausting the remedy available for them to approach the

concerned Court, as contemplated under Section 438 of

Cr.P.C., as where the case is pending relating to the case

in Crime No.110/2019, but they have approached this

Court directly.

Hence, the petition is hereby dismissed.
