2 Applicant is husband of the complainant at whose

instance, ofences under Section 498A and Section323 of the

Indian Penal Code, 1860 came to be registered against him

and his parents.

3 The learned counsel for the applicant on

instructions submits that applicant is willing to co-habit

with the complainant. He submits, if the parties are referred

to mediation, dispute could be settled. Applicant to implead

complainant as Respondent No.3.

4 Office to issue notice to the respondent no.3

returnable on 7th February, 2020.

5 In the meantime, in the event of arrest of the

applicant in Crime No. 780 of 2019 registered with Kurar

Police Station, he shall be released on executing PR bond in

the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in like

amount.

6 He shall attend the concerned police station as

and when called and shall co-operate in the investigation.

7 He shall give his permanent residential address

and mobile contact number to the Investigating Officer on

or before 10th January, 2020.

8 He shall not tamper with the evidence or

attempt to infuence or contact the complainant, witnesses

or any person concerned with the case
