It is informed that the matter has been amicably resolved

between the parties. CRM-M-42614-2017 has been filed by the present

petitioner with the other two accused for quashing of FIR No. 211 dated

28.09.2012 under Section 498A, 406, 323 IPC registered at Police Station

Ladwa, District Kurukshetra on the basis of a compromise. The parties in

the said petition are directed to appear before the learned trial Court on

29.05.2018 for recording of their statements in respect to the settlement.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to

withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue CRM-M-42614-2017.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
