The prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 438
Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.608
dated 08.08.2016, for the offence under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 34 IPC
( as per FIR petitioner under Section 354 IPC only) at Police Station Sector-
55, Faridabad, District Faridabad.

With the assistance of Mr.S.S.Siao, Mediator/Advocate,
mediation proceedings were held at length and a compromise between the
prties has been arrived at. The terms of the compromise has been reduced
into writing and placed on record.

Keeping in view the compromise effected between the parties,
the order dated 15.09.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made
absolute and the present petition is disposed of as such.
