ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. No

representation.

Perused the petition.

2. The petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in

Cr.No.68/2015 registered for the offences punishable under

sections 498A, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry

Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. Learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.2-State

submits that after investigation, charge sheet was laid only against

petitioner Nos.1, 3, 6 and 7 and the charges against petitioner

Nos.2, 4 and 5 were dropped. Further, he submits that after trial,

even the petitioners are acquitted by the order dated 07.03.2017 in

C.C.No.17581/2014 on the file of VI Addl. CMM, Bengaluru. His

submission is placed on record.

In view of the above submission, the petition does not

survive for consideration. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. In

view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 does not

survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
