Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the

police have already filed charge-sheet before the Trial Court.

Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

dismissed as having become infructuous. The liberty is granted

to the petitioners to approach the Court once again, if so

advised.
