proceedings against the respondent at Parbhani

only on 12/11/2018 registered as PWDA No.
143/2017. She has also filed petition under
section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is
registered as M.P. No. 199 of 2018 before the
Civil Judge Senior Division at Parbhani. It is
submitted that the respondent is resident of
Talegaon Dabhade, Taluka-Maval, District Pune.
The applicant herein has also filed criminal case
which is registered as R.C.C. No. 172 of 2018
before the Court at Parbhani for offence
punishable under section 498A, 323 and 506 of
the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the
applicant has shifted to her matrimonial home on
28/9/2019 i.e. at Pune on account of education
of the daughter. It is submitted that the parents
of the applicant have also shifted to Pune.

3 In view of this, interim relief in terms of
prayer clause (B).

4 In MCAST No. 69 of 2020, office objections
be removed within two weeks from today,

failing which interim relief shall stand vacated
without further reference to the court.
