2. Notice to the respondent, returnable on 06.08.2019.

3. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent. Call papers.

4. Simultaneously, the applicant to remove office objection/s, if

any, till the next date of hearing.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during

pendency of the application before the Sessions Court, the applicant

was protected by interim order of anticipatory bail and the said order

remained in force till disposal of the application for anticipatory bail.

6. In view of same, until further orders, in the event of arrest of

the applicant Muktabai Uttam Gavhad, in connection with crime No.

92 of 2019 registered with Hasnabad Police Station for the offences

punishable under Sectionsections 498A, Section306, Section323, Section34 of I.P.C., she be

released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety

of the like amount, on the following conditions:-

a) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station

once in a week i.e on every Sunday between 8.00 a.m. to

11.00 a.m. till further orders.

7. In case the office objections are not removed till the next date,
the matter be placed in order matter category.
