CRR No. 3582 of 2014

In the matter of : Nabanita Singha Ray.

….. Petitioner.

– And –

Mr. Madhusudan Saha Roy
….. For the petitioner.

Mrs. Sayanti Santra
…for the State.

Mrs. Roma Roy
…for the opposite party nos. 2,3, 4.

Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept

with the record.

Mrs. Sayanti Santra, learned advocate appearing

for the State has produced the case diary in connection with

Raghunathganj Police Station Case No. 593 of 2014 dated

July 30, 2014 under Sections 498A/Section497/Section406/Section506/Section34 of the

Indian Penal Code.

From the submission made by the learned

advocate appearing for the State it appears that the said

police station case was transferred to Haringhata Police

Station and re-numbered as 386 of 2014 dated 8th October,

2014 under Sections 498A/Section497/Section406/Section506/Section34 of the Indian
2Section

Penal Code and under Sections ¾ of the SectionDowry Prohibition

Act.

The case diary reveals that the investigation ended

in submission of a chargesheet being NO. 536 of 2014 dated

29th November, 2014 under Sections 498A/Section34 of the Indian

Penal Code against the accused Subhendu Sinha Roy, Sankar

Sinha Roy and Anita Sinha Roy.

Considering the fact of submission of chargesheet

after completion of investigation, I think that the present

revisional application being CRR 3582 of 2014 becomes

infructuous and stands disposed of.

Case diary be handed over to the learned advocate

appearing for the State.
