Issue notice to non applicant-State.
Mr.Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public
Prosecutor waives service of notice for non applicant-State
and prays for time.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the
the applicants that prior to approaching this Court, the
applicants filed an application for pre-arrest bail before the
Court below. During the pendency of the said application,
they filed an application for ad interim protection. The said
application was at Exh.4 and on 21.11.2019 the learned
Additional Sessions Judge, Mehkar granted ad interim
protection in favour of the applicants by allowing the
application (Exh.4). The order granting the ad interim order
is placed on record and it is at Annexure-D.

In view of aforesaid aspect, until further orders,
in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.240/2019
registered with Police Station, Mehkar, Dist. Buldhana for an
offence punishable under Sections 307, 498A, 506B, 323
read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant
no.1 – Nagesh Dashrath Bombale and applicant no.2 –
Dashrath Kundlik Bombale, be released on bail on they
executing P.R. Bond in the sum of ₹10,000/-each, with one
solvent surety each in the like amount.

Applicants are directed to attend Police Station,
Mehkar, Dist. Buldhana from 08.01.2020 to 17.01.2020 and
shall be with the Investigating Officer from 11:00 a.m. to
05:00 p.m.
