O R D E R
The petitioner is the 1st accused in C.C.
No.1098 of 2015 on the files of the court below. The
offences alleged are the offences punishable under
Sections 498A, 323, 325, 341 and 294(b) read with
Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard.
3. It has been submitted by the learned
counsel for the parties and the learned Public
Prosecutor that the matter has been settled between
the parties. The 2nd respondent, who is the de facto
complainant, filed affidavit stating that the matter
has been settled and hence she has no further
grievance against the petitioner.
4. The above dispute arose out of family
relationship. Therefore, since the matter has been
settled between the parties, I am inclined to quash

against the petitioner in C.C.No.1098 of 2015 on the
files of the court below, in exercise of the
inherent power under Section 482 of the Code of
