ORDER

Petitioners are accused Nos.2 to 10 in the final report

No.482/2013 submitted by the 2nd respondent alleging

commission of the offence punishable under section 498A r/w.

section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Hence this Crl.M.C is

filed to quash Annexure-A10 final report against the

petitioners.

2. When the case has come up for consideration, the

learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the

case has been settled between the parties and nothing

survives for further consideration. The submission is recorded.

In the result, the Crl.M.C stands closed as infructuous.
