2. This is an application for relaxation of the condition of

reporting stipulated in operative part of order dated 9 th April, 2014

passed by this Court while granting bail to the applicant.

3. The applicant is prosecuted for offences punishable under

Sections, 498A, 406, 306, 304(b) r/w. Section 34 of IPC. While

granting bail the applicant was directed to attend Charkop Police

Station on first Sunday on every month between 9.00 a.m. to 10.00

a.m. till the conclusion of trial.

4. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the

applicant has complied the condition of reporting. The photo copies

of the acknowledgments issued by the respective Police Station in

respect to the attendance of the applicant has been annexed to this

application. It is also submitted that the charge has been framed

against the applicant. Thus, it is apparent that the applicant has been

attending the police Station after he is released on bail in pursuant to

the order dated 9th April, 2014. The proceeding are pending before

the concerned Court. Charge has been framed against the accused. In

these circumstances there is no impediment in the relaxation the

condition clause No.(iii) stipulated in order dated 9 th April, 2014

passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 2067 of 2013.

Condition of this Court to attend Charkop Police Station stands

relaxed. Application stands disposed of.
