1. In this case, the applicant/accused is facing prosecution for

the charges under sections 304B, 306, 498A and 406 of the Indian

Penal Code. The learned Prosecutor seeks time to obtain

instructions from the Investigating Officer.

2. The father of the victim is not a party, however, he is required

to be made party/respondent. Accordingly, the applicant is

directed to make the father of the victim as party respondent.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
