Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.

This application u/s 482 SectionCr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the S.T. No. 347 of 2018 arising out of case crime no. 24 of 2018, under Sections 323, Section304B, Section498A, Section504, Section506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bhawanpur, District-Meerut expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.

With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
