The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.
120/2018 of Police Station Nagouri Gate, Distt. Jodhpur for the
offence punishable under Section 354 IPC and Section 67 of
Information and Technology Act. He has preferred this bail
application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned
Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, no case for
grant of bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C is made out. Hence, this
criminal misc. bail application preferred by the petitioner under
Section 439 Cr.P.C. is rejected.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh bail
application after filing of the challan.
