This petition seeks issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR No.0923 of 2018, under Section 498-A, Section323, Section504, Section354-B, Section392 I.P.C. (now Section 377 I.P.C. added) Police Station P.G.I., District Lucknow.

Learned Additional Government Advocate, on the basis of instructions, has submitted that during pendency of the instant writ petition, investigation was conducted and after due investigation, as credible evidence has been found against the petitioners, charge-sheet has been prepared on 5.7.2019 and the same has been forwarded for onward submission to the Court concerned, therefore, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
