Judgment / Order

The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for fair
and impartial investigation in FIR No.224/2019, registered at PS Mahila
Thana West, Jodhpur City for offences under Sections 498A, Section406, Section323
IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated
23.10.2019 received from the SHO, PS Mahila Thana West, Jodhpur City
wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, prima
facie Police has found the offences to be proved against the accused-
respondent No.4 and notice under Section 41 Cr.P.C. has also been
issued to the accused-respondent No.4. The aforesaid report dated
23.10.2019 is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present
misc. petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the present misc. petition is dismissed as having become
infructuous.

Stay application is also dismissed.
