Husband-petitioner is in revision petition against the order

passed by the learned Family Court fixing maintenance pendente lite of a

sum of Rs.5000/- per month.

The court has noticed that the husband is an able bodied person

and capable of earning his livelihood. Parties are residents of National

Capital Region.

In these circumstances, this court does not find any good

ground to interfere with the maintenance fixed by the learned Family Court,

which is merely Rs.5000/- per month.
