It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

though the petitioners had no objection to the order dated

15.10.2019 passed under Section 12 of the Guardians and SectionWards

Act, 1890 (‘the Act’) giving limited visiting rights to the father, on

account of subsequent events in implementation of the order,

whereby the child is not willing to part company with the

petitioner No.1 / go with respondent-father, the petitioner No.1 is

left with no option but to challenge the order.

In view of the submissions made and the pictures of CC TV

footage produced as Annexure-12, issue notice. Issue notice of

the stay application also, returnable on 03.02.2020.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, effect and operation

of the order dated 15.10.2019 (Annex.9) shall remain stayed.
