By way of this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the

petitioner complainant has approached this Court seeking a

direction for fair investigation of FIR No.329/2017 registered at

Police Station Kuri Bhagtasni, District Jodhpur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report as

per which, after concluding investigation, the I.O. has filed a

charge-sheet against the accused Hemraj for the offences under

Sections 498A and 306 IPC.

In this view of the matter, the instant misc. petition has

become infructuous. In case, the petitioner has a grievance

regarding leaving out of the accused or wrong invocation of the

offences alleged then, he would be better advised to take recourse

of appropriate legal remedy before the trial court at the

appropriate stage.

With these observations, the instant misc. petition is

disposed of as having become infructuous.
