Let notices be issued to respondent nos. 2 to 12 on the question
of quantum of sentence only.

It s submitted by counsel for the petitioners that despite
minimum sentence prescribed for the offence punishable under section
377 IPC, which has been found proved by the Court below, inadequate
sentence of three years’ R.I. has been inflicted merely on the ground
that respondents had to suffer trial for a long period of 10 years.

Let bailable warrant of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
thousand) be issued against each one of respondent nos.2 to 12 for
securing his presence before this Court on a date to be fixed by the
Registry.
