The report submitted by the Supreme Court Meditation Centre is placed on record along with a copy of a report signed by the Ld. Mediator. A Settlement Agreement dated 14th August, 2021 entered into by and between the petitioner and the respondent is a part of the Mediation report.

The said Settlement Agreement shall be a part of record of this petition.

In view of the settlement, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in view of the settlement.

It is clarified that the terms of the settlement in the aforesaid agreement shall form a part of this order.

Pending application (s), if any, stand disposed of.
