The appellant, aggrieved by the dismissal of his petition
under the Guardians and Wards Act vide judgment dated 10.4.2017, has
preferred this appeal.
The appeal is fixed for 31.7.2018 for arguments.
Through the misc. application, a prayer for withdrawal of
the appeal, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, has been

their statements made in proceedings under Section 13-B of the Hindu
Marriage Act, a copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure A1.

Counsel for the respondent has not disputed the factum
of settlement having been arrived at between the parties.
In view of above circumstances and the matter having
been compromised, the misc. application is allowed. The date of hearing is
preponed from 31.7.2018 to today i.e. 29.5.2018.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Other pending misc. application is also disposed of.
