The instant petition is for quashing of FIR No.59 dated
26.09.2015 registered under Sections 406, 498A, 323, 307, 511, 313 and
120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City-2, Abohar, District Fazilka
(later on reduced offences under Sections 307, 323, 313, 506 and 120-B
IPC), and the consequent proceedings arising out of the same, on the basis
of written compromise arrived at between the parties.
It is needless to mention here that none had appeared on behalf
of the petitioners on the last two dates.
The parties were sent for mediation and the report of the
Mediator has been received. As per the report the parties could not reach at

the amicable settlement.
In view of the same the petition does not survive.
Dismissed.
