Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.

The petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer that bail application of the applicants in Case No.615 of 2008, under Sections 498A, Section304B IPC and 3/4 SectionDowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Harpalpur, District Hardoi may be directed to consider and decide by the court below expeditiously in accordance with the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P., 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC).

In view of the aforesaid submission, it is directed that in case the petitioners appear/surrender before the court below within 10 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and decided in view of the settled law laid down by this Court in Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2004 (57) ALR 290 as well as by the Supreme Court in Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P., 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC).

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed of.
