Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for

issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to take immediate action on

representation dated 14.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner and

to arrest respondent No.5 who has been declared as proclaimed offender in a

complaint case registered under Sections 406, Section498A, Section120B IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner states that despite there being an

order declaring respondent No.5-Balveer Singh as proclaimed offender, no

efforts have been made by the police to arrest him, for which, he has

submitted a representation dated 14.09.2019.

Notice of motion only to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Sukhbeer Singh, AAG, Punjab,

accepts notice on behalf of these respondents.

Let requisite number of copies of paper book be given to

learned State counsel during the course of the day.

Without observing anything on the merits of the case, the

present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent

No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to take note of representation

dated 14.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) and to act in accordance with law.
