ORAL ORDER

1. Prima facie, it appears that for the alleged incident
occurred in the year 2016, the respondent No.2 has filed
present FIR on 13.3.2019 u/s 498A, 323, 504, 114, 506(2) of
the SectionIPC and u/s 3 and 4 of SectionDowry Prohibition Act, annexed at
Annexure A to this application against the applicants i.e.
brother-in-law and wife of brother-in-law of the respondent
No.2. It also appears that the respondent No.2 is staying at
her parental house since the year 2016 and further she made
complaint, wherein general allegations are made against
present applicants and therefore considering unexplained
delay, present Criminal Misc. Application deserves
consideration.

2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of Rule for the
respondent – State. Meanwhile, relief in terms of para 9(B) is
granted. Direct service permitted. To be served through

concerned Police Station.

3. Considering the nature of relationship and dispute
involved in the matter, the parties are directed to explore
possibility of settlement through the Mediation Centre, High
Court of Gujarat.

4. Registry is directed to refer the subject matter of
present application to the Mediation Centre annexed with the
High Court of Gujarat for the purpose of exploring possibility
of settlement. Learned Mediator shall submit its report
before this Court on or before 15.10.2019.
