2. This is an application seeking to quash first
information report bearing Crime No.846/2023 registered
with Police Station, Bhandara for the offence punishable
under Sections 498A, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the
Indian Penal Code.

3. It is contended that the applicants on the vague and
general allegations the entire family of the husband of non-
applicant has been roped in this crime. It is contention of the
learned counsel for the applicant that applicant nos.5 to 7
are residing separately still they are made accused.

4. Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable within
four weeks.

5. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant
no.1/State.

6. In the meanwhile, though the prosecution may
proceed with the investigation, but, charge sheet shall not be
filed without obtaining prior permission of this Court.
