1. This is an application under section 482 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking
quashment of the First Information Report
being IC.R. No. 138 of 2018 registered with
Unjha Police Station, Mehsana for the
offences punishable under sections 498A, 306
and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections
3 and 7 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
2.Learned advocate appearing for the applicant
seeks permission to withdraw the present
application. The applicant is permitted to
withdraw this application with a liberty to
take other legal remedy available to him. If,
he takes a recourse of other legal remedy,
