Learned counsel, Mrs. Nisha Srivastava, on instruction from Mr. Ranjan

Prasad Sinha, arguing counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has taken the file

from him.

An order granting maintenance was under challenge in this appeal as

Rs.10,000/- per month as maintenance pendente lite and one time expenses of the

proceedings also determined as Rs.10,000/- by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court,

Ranchi in Original Suit No.379 of 2017 vide order dated 16.03.2018 in favour of the wife.

As per the information available on the NJDG Original Suit No.379 of 2017 before the

Principal Judge, Family Court stands disposed of on 30.11.2018.Therefore, it seems that

the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is disposed of, as infructous.
