Petitioners are present with their advocate. Respondent
no.2 complainant is present with her advocate and learned APP
appears for respondent no. 1.
2. The matrimonial dispute between the parties led to FIR
under Sectionsection 498A, Section406 and Section34 IPC. The mediation failed and
during the pendency of the present matter, parties have
amicably settled the dispute.
3. Accordingly affidavit in support of the consent terms is
tendered by respondent no. 2 today. Petitioners have tendered
consent terms.

4. The marriage between the parties is dissolved on
31/12/2019 by the Family Court, Bandra in Petition No. 432 of
2017. The amount of Rs. 6 lacs was then made over to
respondent no. 2. Today the demand draft for balance amount of
Rs. 6 lacs has been made over to her in court.
5. In view of these developments and joint request, we make
the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
