The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners

for quashing of FIR No.112/2019, PS Nathdwara for offences

under Sections 498A, Section406 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated

02.12.2019 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it

has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, prima facie

Police has found the offences proved against the petitioner No.1

Pawan Veer Singh, whereas offences have not been found proved

against rest of the petitioners i.e. petitioner Nos.2 to 5. The

aforesaid report dated 02.12.2019 is hereby taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present

misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.

Stay application also dismissed.
