The petitioner is posted as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Panipat. Her husband has filed two petitions at Panipat; (i) a petition under

Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce and (ii) a

petition under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1890.

Considering that the petitioner is posted at Panipat, she made a

request on administrative side that the cases be transferred from Panipat.

By orders of Hon’ble the Chief Justice, the matter has been listed on judicial

side.

Notice of motion was issued on 16.08.2018.

Ms. Thakur appeared on behalf of the respondent-husband.

Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the aforesaid

two cases may be transferred to Chandigarh.

Accordingly, the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu

Marriage Act, 1955, titled as ‘Gaurav Bansal vs. Ms. Payal Bansal’,which

is pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge Panipat and the

petition under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, titled as

“Gaurav Bansal vs. Payal Bansal” which is pending in the Court of learned

Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Panipat are withdrawn from the

said Court and transferred to Chandigarh. The District Judge Chandigarh

may assign these cases to any competent Court.
